Crack those knuckles and get ready to write some code… Mini Hacks are back for Dreamforce! This format worked so well for Cloudstocks San Francisco and London that we decided to reprise them for our largest event of the year.

Instead of a multi-day hackathon, participants come to the Mini Hacks area in the middle of the Dev Zone where challenge cards are available. We’ll have six different challenges to complete on a wide range of technical topics, varying in difficulty level. Hang out, hack, and network with others in the Mini Hack area, and if needed, get technical help with the challenges from staff. When a challenge is finished, the staff will confirm that your challenge solution is correct, and if so, you may get a fabulous giveaway!

Partner sponsors Amazon Web Services and New Relic are giving away gift cards and great schwag for finishing their challenges. We’ll have several Force.com challenges, and we’ll have cumulative gifts depending on how many of those you complete, such as gift cards and Google Nexuses (Nexii?). Additionally, anyone who completes any challenge will be entered into a raffle for a MacBook Air.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! For the first three days of Dreamforce, we’ll raffle a pair of UCSF Benefit Concert Tickets for all hacks completed each day – make sure you have a friend in mind!
