Exercise 10 (Optional): Analyze Agentforce Audit Logs ​

In this exercise, you'll enable and explore Agentforce audit logs and feedback metrics to gain insights into agent performance.

Step 0: Enable Einstein Feedback and Monitoring ​

TIP

The data takes around 60 minutes to sync from each Agentforce Interaction. You should have completed this in Employee Agents Exercise 1.

  1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for Feedback and select Einstein Feedback and Monitoring Setup.

  2. Turn on the Feedback toggle.

  3. Turn on the Prompt Builder Usage and Feedback Metrics (Beta) toggle.

  4. Turn on the Agent Analytics toggle.

Step 1: View the Einstein Generative AI Audit & Feedback Dashboard ​

  1. From the App Launcher, open the Data Cloud App.

  2. Open the Dashboards tab.

  3. Click on the All Folders navigation item.

  4. Open the Einstein Generative AI Audit & Feedback folder.

  5. Open the Einstein Generative AI Audit & Feedback Data dashboard.

Summary ​

In this exercise, you:

  1. Enabled Einstein Feedback, Prompt Builder Usage, and Agent Analytics toggles to collect interaction data.
  2. Accessed the Data Cloud app and navigated to the Audit & Feedback Dashboard.
  3. Reviewed how to monitor and analyze Agentforce interactions and feedback metrics.
  4. Prepared to use these insights for continuous improvement of your agents.
