Just wanted to drop a quick note about a new service being offered by SupportSpace, a salesforce.com partner, that is offering per-incident support with Force.com Platform Expert.
This service is intended to be the mid-level support between the informal support of the discussion boards, and the full-service style of Premium support. Per-incident billing means you can get real-time support while not having to commit to a full service contract.
To use this service, register here, and you will be routed to an expert who can assist you with any in-scope Apex, VisualForce, or API question or issue. Some examples of topics that are in-scope include Code Debugging, Best Practices, and General Development assistance.
