On Monday, I introduced you to AppExchange Checkout, the all new click-to-purchase system that makes buying enterprise software credit-card easy.
Today, I’m pleased to announce Grab The Gold, the AppExchange Checkout Developer Challenge.
When you create a new app and sell it using AppExchange Checkout, you could win $10,000 and one free pass to Dreamforce 12.
Here’s how it works. Come up with your great idea and register with Grab The Gold by April 2, 2012. Registration is free. Next, create your app and be sure to submit it for security review no later than June 2, 2012. Finally, push your app live and connect it to AppExchange Checkout by July 2, 2012 and you could win! Be sure to read all of the details on the registration page.
Important: you must register by April 2 in order to be considered for this event.
The app that has the most active, paying accounts by 8/31/2012 11:59p, is our Grand Prize winner and will receive $10,000 and a free pass to Dreamforce 12. Second prize will receive $5,000 and a free pass to Dreamforce 12. Third price will receive $2,500.
As a special bonus incentive, the apps that you create as part of this challenge will receive a free security review.
