In case you did not notice, Cloudforce 2 Tour in San Jose is also a developer conference. It is free, but the space is limited. 

There will be exciting tracks ranging from Java development in Force.com to Force.com roadmap, or from  building a brand new cloud application to advanced Apex and VF programming. This means we have different tracks to cater to different audiences, whether you are a newbie or a Java developer understanding the platform or an established Force.com developer.
