ApexCode

[UPDATE – date changed from March 8th to March 9th!]

Whether you're new to Force.com or you've already spent some time building apps using the declarative UI (aka "clicks, not code!"), you might be wondering how to get started with Apex, salesforce.com's programming language for the Force.com platform. Well, wonder no longer: on Wednesday, March 9th, Taggart Matthiesen, Director of Product Management for all things Apex, and I will be presenting the webinar Apex Code – Introduction to Programming on the Force.com Platform.

As the webinar title implies, we'll be covering the essentials of Apex development, from basic syntax and structure to coding database triggers, UI controllers, web services and more. We'll also take a look at how Force.com's multi-tenant architecture influences Apex programming, particularly in the area of testing and code coverage.

There will be two presentations of the webinar, so register now for the time most convenient for you and join us on March 9th!
