Last Wednesday, Mike Leach from Facebook and I presented a packed webinar titled "Building Mobile Force.com apps for the iPhone and iPad". I'm working my way through the Q&A that we did not have time to get to during the webinar, and will post those in conjunction with the recording (which should be available early next week).  These will be posted on the new mobile section of the developer.force site

Included in the slides are some additional primer material I had originally collated in earlier versions of the presentation but decided not to use. If you are brand new to Objective-C, some of the primer material should be a big help.
