One day down, but still a very full agenda to go.  What are some highlights moving into the second day of Dreamforce 2012 and the developer experience at the DevZone?

Marc’s Keynote

Dreamforce would not be complete without a word from Marc Benioff.  Developers will want to be there on hand to hear from the big man himself about some the evolution of the platform this year – especially the Touch Platform and the ability it brings to developer cross-platform, cross-device applications deeply integrated with the Salesforce Platform.  Special guest star will be the new Salesforce Touch Platform Guide which leads developers down the path of creating these modern mobile-friendly applications.

If you can’t make it into the keynote physically, you can always watch it streaming live at salesforce.com/live.

The Workshop Twitter Winners

A special prize awaits those who have been following along the mini-workshop material and the corresponding Twitter contest embedded within.  Check out Wednesday’s winners, or better yet … the mini-workshop itself to get a chance to be one of them.

The Stadium Continues

Tuesday saw Touch Stadium drawing big crowds as a wide variety of technologies shone on the new stage.  Wednesday will continue the challenges, and even present a battle between building applications using iOS Native, Sencha, and Appcelerator.  I’ll be there first hand defending the iOS crown, but as I caught up with fellow combatant Ted Patrick of Sencha — I noted a particularly hungry look in his eyes as he confirmed he wouldn’t miss it.  Be sure you don’t miss the battle of the frameworks at the Touch Stadium at 2:30PM.
