As developer evangelists, one of our roles is to stay connected with the developer community. I have to say that one of the best ways I have found to do that these days is through the salesforce IRC channel. The Salesforce Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channel and salesforce.stackexchange.com are community-driven initiatives that are pulling together developers and others from the salesforce.com community. These are great complements to salesforce.com's own developer forums and community success site.

We've heard a lot of feedback from you about things you like and areas where we can improve.
