Mike Gerholdt is a Salesforce.com evangelist who is passionate about technology and a vocal advocate of cloud computing. Mike is the founder and blogger-in-chief of ButtonClickAdmin.com, a Salesforce blog for admins who solve problems with clicks not code. He is also the Certified Advanced Administrator for ACT, Inc. a global leader in assessment and research. Brett Queener is the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Jigsaw Business Unit where he is responsible for guiding and driving salesforce.com’s transformation of how individuals and organizations contribute, consume and manage their business data. Brett has been at salesforce.com since 2003 and has served in executive leadership roles in the company’s products, sales, operations, and finance organizations. Prior to salesforce.com, Brett held senior marketing and business development positions at Siebel Systems. Brett holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University. Gordon Ritter is a Founder and General Partner of Emergence Capital Partners. Prior to founding Emergence, he spent over 15 years building companies which pioneered new markets including embedded web-based interfaces, server appliances, “On Demand” services for the SMB market and web-native application development. He led Emergence Capital’s first investment, in the On Demand leader Salesforce.com. Gordon was named to the Forbes’ Midas List of the top venture capital investors in 2007.
