Flex Ability with Adobe and Force.com

As I’ve previously noted, this year’s Dreamforce conference saw some of the most interesting gurus of the web-facing world visiting the well-attended Developer Lounge. I’d like to share the conversation I had there with James Ward of Adobe, concerning the opportunities to amplify Force.com’s platform services with the front-end interactive power of Adobe’s Flex.

I’ve previously commented on the growing momentum of Flex, even among influential coding mentors like Bruce Eckel who have major investments in other tool sets. Since then, we’ve seen further substantial investment of salesforce.com resources in making Flex an attractive complement/component for VisualForce.

If you have about 3½ minutes, we have a video segment from that Dreamforce interview that examines the opportunity to combine top-flight tools and sharpen your on-demand edge. I hope you find it worth your time.
