I don’t know about you, but I miss the many app-developer events that used to be so frequent and so valuable in the 1990s – when the focus was on the cool things developers would do, not the technology road map of any single sponsoring provider of a platform and/or tools.

I feel that familiar and welcome vibe of opportunity-centered excitement as we prepare for Cloudstock on December 6 – and I’d like to urge you to be there, not only in these words but in a quick video invitation (accompanying this post) that I invite you to share far and wide.
