We’ve Got (Known) Issues!

Have you come across something in your Force.com development that isn’t working the way you expected? Or maybe you see an unusual behavior when calling a SOQL function? Before you call support, you can now check to see if it’s already a known issue by going to the Known Issues site.

Known issues are posted by our customer support team. To make it easy to get updates, I recommend subscribing to the RSS feed so you get notified automatically when an issue is added or updated.

You’ll find each issue tagged with terms like API, Apex, Visualforce, and so on so you can quickly drill into the area you’re interested in. Also handy is the Status field, which you can use to see whether an issue has been fixed or will be fixed in an upcoming release. This site is kind of like an umbrella: you hope you don’t need it, but if you do, you’re glad to have it.

    Great list of issues.

    The Known Issues page allows you to filter in by Status. Is there any way to filter *out* by Status — e.g., show all issues where the Status is *not* Fixed?

    This is an awesome page, how can I reproduce it? Should I just start buiding an object from scratch, or is this a new ‘community’ page. This would be a great addition to our release cycle.
