# Step 2 - Create Flow to Retrieve File ID from Email Address

Create a screen flow to identify the bank statement file from the customer’s email address–with no code. Learn more about [automating tasks with flows](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.flow.htm\&type=5).

## Create a New Flow

1. On the **App Launcher**, select **Flows**.
2. Click the **New** button to create a new flow.
3. The **New Automation** screen opens. Under **Categories**, find the **Autolaunched Automations** tile.
4. Under **Types**, select **Autolaunched Flow (No Trigger)**.
5. The Flow Builder opens. Continue to add elements to set the actions the flow will execute.
