jPrepare to Install an AgentExchange Package
Before you install an
AgentExchange
package, verify that it's compatible with your Salesforce implementation by checking the
technical requirements. Optionally, determine if the package supports automatic
upgrades.
Verify Technical Requirements
Every package has technical requirements, such as the Salesforce editions that it supports. To verify that a package is compatible with your implementation, go to the More Details tab on its AgentExchange listing. Then, review the details in the Compatibility and App Details sections.
Determine if the Package Supports Upgrades
If you prefer a solution that receives automatic upgrades, choose a managed package. Unmanaged packages aren’t upgradeable.
