Commerce Cloud standard objects in the Shipping data model require at least one of the following licenses: B2B Commerce, D2C Commerce.
- ShippingConfigurationSet (the shipping profile)
- ShippingRateGroup
- ShippingRateArea
- StandardShippingRate
