Invoke a Notification Flow

After you create a notification flow, add an action to invoke the flow by cloning an existing process.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, enter Process Automation, and select Process Builder.

2. Select Notify On Order Summary Created Process.

3. Select Clone, choose Save Close As, and select Version of current process.

4. Click Save.

5. Select + Add Action.

6. Fill in the action form.

   1. For Action Type, select Flows.

   2. For Action Name, enter Order Summary Bell Notification Flow Action.

   3. For Flow, select Order Summary Bell Notification Flow.

   4. Click + Add Row.

   5. For Flow Variable, select OrderSummaryRecord.

   6. For Type, select Field Reference.

   7. For Value, select Select the OrderSummary record that started your process, and click Choose.

   8. Click Save.

7. Activate your process.
