OtherComponentTask

Represents the details of a component task performed in a visit. A component task allows customers to launch components from the task framework. This object is available in API version 50.0 and later.

Fields

Description

  • Type: textarea
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Description of the task.

FullyQualifiedName

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Name of the task prefixed with the namespace. For example, a component xyz in the c namespace must be named as c__abc.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
  • Description: Unique identification of the task.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: ID of the component task record owner.

ParentTaskId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Assessment task associated with the component task.

ParticipantRoleId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The participant role that's associated with the task.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field and is available in API version 58.0 and later.
