Turn Off, Delete, or Rename a Data Source in Agentforce Coworker (Beta)

On the Agentforce Coworker setup page, the Add Existing Data table shows the status (Ready, Processing, or Error) for each Agentforce Coworker data source and indicates whether indexes are created for all included DMOs. From this table, you can rename, turn off, and delete your search sources.

  1. To prevent a data source from appearing in search results, find the source in the Enabled for Agentforce Coworker column.
  2. Turn off the toggle. This action doesn't delete the data source, DMOs, or indexes. CRM data can't be turned off.
  3. To remove or rename a data source, select the down arrow at the end of the source's row.
    1. To remove the data source, select Remove from Agentforce Coworker. This action deletes only the Agentforce Coworker data source. It doesn't delete the DMOs or search indexes.
    2. To change a data source's name, click Review Data Source Settings. In the window that opens, change the name of the data source.
