Turn On Recent Searches for Agentforce Coworker (Beta)

Turn on recent searches to show users their past search queries near the search bar. This part of the Agentforce Coworker setup process is optional .

To configure Agentforce Coworker:Salesforce Admin
USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED
To use Agentforce Coworker:Agentforce Coworker User Permission Set, Agentforce Coworker Permission Set License
To configure Agentforce Coworker:Agentforce Coworker Admin Permission Set, Agentforce Coworker Setup Permission Set License
  1. Start on the Agentforce Coworker Setup page.
    1. From your org, select Setup and in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Coworker.
    2. Select Get Started with Agentforce Coworker.
  2. Go to the Manage Agentforce Coworker Data section.
  3. Under Advanced Search Options, find Turn On Recent Searches and switch the toggle to Active.

Because caching recent searches consumes Flex Credits, the setting is off by default.
