Set Up an Adobe Marketo Engage Connection
Create a connection to ingest marketing data from Adobe Marketo Engage into Data Cloud.

Before you begin:
- Make sure the Adobe Marketo Engage connector is enabled. For more information, see Enable Data Cloud Features
- Review IP addresses to make sure the Adobe Marketo Engage connection has the necessary access.
- You will need a Marketo service’s Client ID, Client Secret, and your Customer Service Endpoint for authentication. Ask your Marketo administrator or locate the credentials and endpoint in Marketo.
When using the Adobe Marketo Engage connector, keep these considerations in mind. The Adobe Marketo Engage connector is subject to Marketo Engage API quotas and rate limits. For more information, see the REST APIon the Adobe Marketo Engage connector documentation site.

In Data Cloud, click Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup.

Under Configuration, select Connectors.

On the Source tab, select Adobe Marketo Engage and click Next.

Enter a connection name, connection API name, and provide the authentication and connection details.

In Authentication Details enter the client ID and Client Secret.

(Optional) In Connection Details enter the Start Date and Time and the End Date and Time.

Enter your endpoint in the Customer Service Endpoint field.

To review your configuration, click Test Configuration.

Click Save.

If you’re using a Google, LinkedIn, Meta, or Amazon Ads activation target, map each data model attribute to its partner field.
After the connector details are accepted, the connection is created and ready to use. It’s listed under Connectors.
