Set Up a LinkedIn Connection
Set up the LinkedIn connection to start the flow of data into Data 360.

Before you begin:
- Enable the Beta connector through the feature manager. See Enable Data 360 Features.
- Verify your admin has enabled firewalls on the system you want Data 360 to connect to by including these IP addresses to your allowlists.
- Set up OAuth based authentication with LinkedIn.
- Create external and named credentials.

In Data Cloud, click Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup.

Under External Integrations, select Other Connectors.

Click New.

On the Source tab, select LinkedIn and click Next.

Enter a connection name, connection API name, and provide the authentication and connection details.

For Authentication Details, select a Named Credential.
- Optionally add an SSL Server Certificate. Enter the certificate string or upload the string as a .pem file.

For Connection Details, complete these optional fields.

For the API version, enter 202502 or enter the API version of your LinkedIn App.Use the default API version, 202308 or edit.

For Company ID, enter the Client ID of your LinkedIn App.Enter a Company ID value. To find your Client ID, see this LinkedIn’s FAQ: Where can I find my API key?

To review your configuration, click Test Connection.

Click Save.
After the connector details are accepted, the connection is created and listed under Connectors. You can now create data streams.
