Set Up an Oracle Service Cloud Connection (Beta)
Create a connection to ingest data from Oracle Service Cloud into Data Cloud.

This feature is a Beta Service. Customers may opt to try a Beta Service using their own discretion. Any use of the Beta Service is subject to the applicable Beta Services Terms provided at Agreements and Terms.
Before you begin:
- Make sure that the Oracle Service Cloud connector is enabled. See Enable Data Cloud Features.
- Review IP addresses to make sure that the Oracle Service Cloud connection has the necessary access.

In Data Cloud, click Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup.

Under Configuration, select Connectors.

On the Source tab, select Oracle Service Cloud and click Next.

Enter the connection details.
- For Authentication Details, enter your Oracle username and password.
- For Connection Details, provide the URL in this format: (Optional) Use https:// and end with 'oraclecloud.com'. In the subdomain, use 1-63 characters that are lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (don't start or end with). Examples are: https://{subdomain}.oraclecloud.com, {subdomain}.oraclecloud.com, or my-subdomain.oraclecloud.com.

To review your configuration, click Test Configuration.

Click Save.
After the connector details are accepted, the connection is ready to use and listed under Connectors.
A Data Aware Specialist can now create data streams.
