Set Up the SAP Concur Connector
Set up the SAP Concur Connector connection to start the flow of data into Data 360.

Before you begin:
- Verify your admin has enabled firewalls on the system you want Data 360 to connect to by including these IP addresses to your allowlists.

In Salesforce, click Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup.

Under External Integrations, click Other Connectors.

Click New.

On the Source tab, select Salesforce SAP Concur and click Next.

Enter a connection name and connection API name, and provide the authentication details.
For Authentication Details, select a Named Credential from the dropdown.
- Enter the SSL Certificate as a string or upload the string as a .pem file.

For Connection Details, provide details on sandbox, region, Concur instance URL, login ID and user ID.

For Use Sandbox, check this box if you are using a sandbox test account.

For Region, select US, Europe or China from the dropdown.

For Concur Instance URL, enter the URL that ends in
api.concursolutions.com. -
For Login ID, enter the login ID of the SAP Concur user account that you used to create external credentials for the SAP Concur connector. See Create External Credentials for the SAP Concur Connector for more details.

For User ID, enter the unique identifier of the SAP Concur user account.

To review your configuration, click Test Connection.

Click Save.
After the connector details are accepted, the connection is created and listed under Connectors. You can now create data streams.
