API Catalog limits apply to the use of Apex REST APIs in agents. See View Apex APIs in API Catalog.

If you reach the limit for the number of active operations or objects, inactivate or delete unneeded operations in the APIs in the API Catalog.

Before inactivating or deleting an Apex REST API catalog registration, remove it from any agent action that's using it.
