Advanced Rules with Digital Commerce
The Digital Commerce API caching leverages the advanced rules framework. Advanced rules determine the product configuration and relationships by applying Entity Filters. Advanced rules support the ability to create Entity Filters for product relationships.

Advanced rules are supported within the configure and basket operations.
The following advanced rules are supported for Digital Commerce:

Defining Advanced Rules Using Configuration Type, which supports product relationships. You can create entity filters for product relationships.

Defining Advanced Rules Using Attribute Configuration Type, which lets you define advanced rules using the product configuration procedure. You can also use advanced rules to create entity filters.
The following advanced rules are not applicable for Digital Commerce:

Pricing - For Digital Commerce APIs, use Pricing Plan or Tightest Match.
