Industry API

The following TM Forum API can be used to integrate with Communications Cloud:

The Product Catalog Management API allows the management of the entire lifecycle of the catalog elements, the consultation of catalog elements during several processes such as ordering process, campaign management, and sales management.

Before you begin

1. You must have at least one of these licenses:

   • Permission Set Licenses for Shared Product Catalog and Industries CPQ provisioned in your Salesforce org.
   • A Managed Package License assigned to the API user.

2. Install these data packs:

   • Attribute Category

   • Catalog

   • Category

   • Product Offering

   • Product Offering Price

   • Product Specification

     Note: To install the data packs, log in to Vlocity Success Community (Salesforce Industries Process Library).

The Communications Cloud TM Forum API are currently deployed on the following data centers:

• US East
• EU

More data centers will be made available in the future releases.

To access and use the Industry API:

1. Accept terms and Enable Access
2. Authorize Access
3. Call the API
4. Extend the API
