This IP is called by the TMFOpenAPICatalogService.postCatalog Apex method and the following Data Raptors:

• TMF-TMForumGetDefaultPriceList
• TMF-TMForumTransformCatalogRequest
• TMF-TMForumTransformCatalogResponse
