FSC Integrations API
Use the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud integration app to access core banking functions that are provided by external banking systems. This integration app supports these service processes:
- Update the client’s address and the financial accounts in the core banking system.
- Reverse fees that are charged to customer’s accounts.
- Capture your customers' upcoming travel plans.
- Update email or phone.
- Stop payment on the check.
- Cancel a check payment if there’s a theft, cancellation, or any other reason for which the payment is to be stopped.
- Report stolen cards and block cards, and start a replacement card request.
- Order a checkbook. Customers can choose the number of checks required in the checkbook and the preferred delivery mode while ordering.
- Request statement copies for financial accounts on a preferred address through email or post.
- Transfer funds between your accounts within the same bank or financial institution.
- Add, modify, or delete beneficiaries who benefit from funds from their financial accounts.
- Add or modify instructions for setting up recurring and timely payments.
- Retrieve loan details information.
