Use the Financial Services Cloud integration app to access core banking functions that are provided by external banking systems. This integration app supports these service processes:

  • Update the client’s address and the financial accounts in the core banking system.
  • Reverse fees that are charged to customer’s accounts.
  • Capture your customers' upcoming travel plans.
  • Update email or phone.
  • Stop payment on the check.
  • Cancel a check payment if there’s a theft, cancellation, or any other reason for which the payment is to be stopped.
  • Report stolen cards and block cards, and start a replacement card request.
  • Order a checkbook. Customers can choose the number of checks required in the checkbook and the preferred delivery mode while ordering.
