The Provider Services application enables Life Sciences and Health Organizations to manage their relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) more effectively. This integration lets commercial teams access accurate and up-to-date information about the HCPs and HCOs they engage with and quickly search for additional information when visiting accounts. The application connects with IQVIA OneKey to allow real-time search of HCPs and HCOs, with results displayed directly in the Provider Services app. Sales teams can also raise Data Change requests to correct or update data, track the status of those requests, and fetch updated information once the request is complete. These capabilities help ensure that provider data is accurate, reliable, and readily available for downstream commercial activities.
