The Salesforce Data Model Gallery
The Salesforce Data Model Gallery (originally part of the Architect Relations Well-Architected site) is a curated collection of diagrams that illustrate the underlying data models for Salesforce products, features, and clouds. It’s a resource designed to support customers, developers, solution engineers, and data architects in understanding how data is structured across Salesforce — enabling better setup, solution design, and integration planning.
Use the categories on the left to browse available diagrams. Each page includes a brief description of the model’s scope, a list of included entities, and a high-resolution PNG. Some models also offer a downloadable LucidChart template for customization. Note: Salesforce Cloud product names are now Agentforce-branded (for example, Sales Cloud is now Agentforce Sales). You may continue to see Cloud names in Salesforce applications and documentation, including data model diagrams.
To understand more about reading the diagrams, see Salesforce Data Model Notation.
