Known Issues

• The capabilitiesVersion parameter follows a version numbering system that starts with version "248". When you Generate an Access Token for an authenticated user or Generate an Access Token for an Unauthenticated User, set the capabilitiesVersion value in the request payload to “248". In a future release, a versioning schema will be introduced with a different capabilitiesVersion numbering system that begins with “1”.

• Mobile app users may experience the following push notification behaviors:

  • Push notifications fail to trigger.
  • Users continue to receive push notifications after deregistering from the service.

• Certain invalid use cases return a success response, giving the false impression that the request was successful when in fact it failed. Validations are continually being added to catch such failures.
