- Added content for Adding Multiple Participants to a Messaging Conference.
- Updated Create the Interaction Service Connected App to clarify a new location in Setup for creating a connected app.
- Updated Test the Interaction Service APIs to point to the Interaction Service API guide for instructions and reference information.
- Moved the Bring Your Own Channel for Messaging demo connector from the https://github.com/salesforce-misc/byoc-ott-demo-app repository to the https://github.com/salesforce-misc/byo-demo-connector repository.
- For Create the Interaction Service Connected App, removed instruction to Select Issue JSON Web Token (JWT)-based access tokens for named users. Connected apps should not use this setting.
- Renamed Bring Your Own Channel to Bring Your Own Channel for Messaging to help distinguish it from Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS.
- Added content for Configuring Inbound Acknowledgements and Outbound Typing Indicators.
- Added content for Sending URLs with Link Previews.

Added format types to support for more messaging component formats, such as quick replies, buttons, list selectors, forms, time selectors, and carousels.

Added the

API to track the status of outbound messages in Messaging channels that use delivery acknowledgments and read receipts. -
Added the ability for Salesforce admins to create and manage their own custom OAuth connected apps for Bring Your Own Channel Messaging channels. By default, the CCaaS partner creates and manages the connected app for the Interaction Service integration and includes it in a managed package. If your CCaaS system architecture requires admins to create and manage the connected app during the Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS setup, follow the instructions in Salesforce Help to Set Up and Configure Your Own OAuth Connected App.
