Set Up the Demo Connector

Set up the demo connector to send inbound messages from the customer to the rep. The demo connector constructs the Interaction Service request payloads and sends the request to the Interaction Service. Subscribe to the custom platform event that the demo connector uses to receive outbound messages from the rep in Salesforce and forward those messages to the customer.
