Get Started with Messaging for Web
This guide provides information about the APIs associated with Messaging for Web. We describe how authenticated users can have a personalized conversation with an agent using the User Verification API. We also show you how to send customer data to an agent using the Hidden Pre-Chat API and how to display an auto-response component to your customer, such as a survey.
