iResponder is a Service Incident Reporting and Management tool for mobile devices. iResponder aims to simplify the incident reporting process and facilitate impact measurement of an incident. iResponder also integrates the problem status interface for the service repair engineers. The application is integrated with the SalesForce CRM that manages and tracks the reported incident to its resolution enabling SalesForce CRM with relevant data for further analysis and decision making.
