We're excited that you're joining us to get hands-on with Lightning Experience!

This one-day workshop is designed for Admins of Salesforce orgs currently using Service Cloud. You will see demos of the latest innovations in Lightning Experience for Service from our product management team and get insight into the Service Cloud product roadmap. You will also get hands-on practice evaluating Lightning Experience, using and configuring key features, customizing the user experience, and building a Lightning app.

To get the most out of this workshop, please complete these Trailhead modules prior to attending this session:
  1. Learn Salesforce with Trailhead (35 minutes)
  2. CRM Basics (40 minutes)
  3. Lightning Experience Basics (55 minutes)
  4. App Customization Lite (30 minutes) - optional
  5. Drive Sales with Operational Excellence (2 hours 30 minutes) - optional

Please bring your own laptop and charger to the workshop for the hands-on exercises.
