Unable to Add Visualforce Page to Community

I am trying to add a visual force page to my salesforce community page, and it worked fine in sandbox. i was able to drag the visual force component onto my community in the builder. but now in my dev environment that component does not exist. any ideas?  Does NOT give me the Visualforce Page option from within Community Builder.  Guessing this is a permissions issue of some sort.  My profile is system admin within each of the sandboxes.

Suggestions please :)

1 .From Setup, enter Visualforce Pages in the Quick Find box, then select Visualforce Pages.
2. Click Edit for the page you want to make available for your community.
3 .Select Available for Salesforce mobile apps and Lightning Pages and click Save.

Raj, thank you so much for the quick response.  I do actually have that checked.  I have verified also that it shows up for the System Admin profile.  However, when I go into Community ==> Community Builder ==> Components ==> list the Content - it does not show Visual Force Page as an option to select from.  Could there be a community setting I may be missing (I don't see one)?

Same here, not VF Page comoonent on the lightning component listing.

When even you modify the page  you need to check Available for Salesforce mobile apps and Lightning Pages and click Save every time

still no luck for me. The page will render visually on the object detail, but if you click anywhee you get error invlaid page. If you embed in a new page, same issue. The box is checked and saved. no updates to the VF page at all.

@William Frazier,  Hi, Please enable the visualforce page for your community profile. Then you will be able to get the visualforce component in the builder to add it. Check this out - https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=community_builder_use_visualforce.htm&type=5
