BULK API 2.0 is it released for production or BETA?

BULK API 2.0 is it released and I can used in production? how can I get support in case of any problem?

Hello Ashraf,

Bulk API 2.0 is GA since Winter '18. Refer to: https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/winter18/release-notes/rn_api_bulk.htm
In case of problems, you should check the forum or the known issue page (https://success.salesforce.com/issues) of Salesforce. If you cannot find a proper answer to your problem, the best to get assistance is opening a case to Salesforce.
