Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The 'My Top Volunteer Organizations' report should not be displaying details.

Hi, 

I am facing this error while I have only displayed shift hours and grouped it with Volunteer Organization but still getting this error. 

Could anyone help me here.

Hi,

First insert Shift hours as a field. Then summarize the field and checked the sum checkbox. Now, add Volunteer Organization and group by this field. Sort descending the shift hours field. And important thing is you should uncheck the details in the show dropdown to pass this challenge.

Hi all, 
please help me out with this issue. Initially i tried grouping the column by Volunteer Organization name but i was hitting the below error

The 'My Top Volunteer Organizations' report is not sorting by the correct field.

Also my filters are status = completed, confirmed Isshiftvolunteer=true.
I also tried with account ID's for grouping. For Account ID's im getting below error Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

Did you get this resolved? I am having the same issue and tried checking if my Report type for 'Users with Volunteer Shift Workers' showed correct info (i.e Users-> Volunteer Shift Workers and NOT Users-->Volunteer Shift Workers(Last Modified By). Still facing the same error message

Hi All. I am getting the same issue as stated above. I have sorted descending for ther Shift Hours and I also turned off the details and nothing is working.
