I would like to request a new dev org for a study group I am taking. I don't want a playground because I need to know user and password. I cannot find the link to sign up for dev org anymore

Need the link which allows you to signup for clean dev org

You can get a Developer org by signing up with this URL

Also you can always reset your playground password from here

You can signup for a new Developer org using the link: https://developer.salesforce.com/signup
