Sales Path & Workspaces trailhead error

Hi Guys,
While completing "Sales Path & Workspaces" module I get this message, I have created 2 new orgs both dont have a Namespace.
Any Ideas how I can solve this? All help welcome!

Can you share us sales path screen which created for this challenge? Make sure that the label name and fields are included as per the challenge description

Rajnish Bhatia
I get the same error message. there is no "Save and publish your work later" option available. I have tried it in multiple Org's and same error message. Any help is appreciated.
