I Have BDR role which contains 4 team leaders Suppose W, X,Y,Z and SDR which contains 5 juniors
i want to assign 5 junoirs to X
how to do it

Roles are used to share records. I dont think you would be able to achieve what you want using Roles.But you can create a lookup of users on record where you want to map the BDR user to SDR user and populate that lookup with those users.
