    Hi Deepak,

Modify All Data permission gives access to

View,Create,Delete,Edit all the records of the objects even though you don't won them. And also can transfer those records.

Manage - Public Documents, Public List Views , Public Templates, Public Report Folders & can create & customize Reports Dashboards, Categories

Can create & customize - Reports, Dashboards, List views, Report Folders,  Dashboard Folders

    Can setup communities.

Access to View & Setup Configuration, can Run Reports, can edit events, tasks and topics.

And aslo user access to manage the approval process (approve/reject/reassign/recalll) for any record from object if that user have the "Modify All" permission.

View All Data permission gives you View all the records of the objects even though you don't won them. However you can't Edit them if its not shared with you.

And also access to View & Setup Configuration and can view Reports in Public Folders.
