Hi Deepak,Modify All Data permission gives access toView,Create,Delete,Edit all the records of the objects even though you don't won them. And also can transfer those records.Manage - Public Documents, Public List Views , Public Templates, Public Report Folders & can create & customize Reports Dashboards, CategoriesCan create & customize - Reports, Dashboards, List views, Report Folders, Dashboard FoldersCan setup communities.Access to View & Setup Configuration, can Run Reports, can edit events,tasks and topics.And aslo user access to manage the approval process (approve/reject/reassign/recalll) for any record from object if that user have the "Modify All" permission.https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=What-does-the-Modify-All-Data-perm-actually-do-1326847422250&language=en_US&type=1View All Data permission gives you View all the records of the objects even though you don't won them.
