Process builder Error for sending SMS

Above is the error i am getting when i am trying to activate the process in process builder.
Below is the screenshot of my process in process builder.

I dont know what is wrong with it. Please Help.

Hi Ramandeep,

The error is salesforce internal error, I suggest to wait for a while and try again after some time and if problem persist, clone the process and try activating the new proces.

Hi RDSS:

Just wondering if you can please help me by mentioning what did you use to send SMS from process builder? What's the design/implementation like? Did you guys use any 3rd party API?
