Helen He 7 case related list showing data issue?
We defined custom field Registration with data type Lookup in case.
The registration is the parent, and case is the child. The SOQL shows the registration as 2 cases realted. But when I went to each case, I noticed that one case has the registration showing in the related list, another one doesn't. Any idea? Thanks!

Based on the Screen shot am seeing different pagelayouts so can you please check are you using the correct field or relatedlist.
May be you will have two lookup fields(for different record types) with the Same Name so check you check the Field and Realted List in Layout are referred correctly.

We have only one lookup field for different record types, I looked at the payge layouts, they point to the same field, also I see Apply column information to other page layouts were checked among all avaible page layouts.
Anything else I can dig into? Thanks.
I just changed the record type so that 2 cases have the same record type, but still one case has registration showing and another one doesn't.
