Abdullah Al-Shoaibi 7 report on conversion rate from prospect to client?
Hi guys,
I am working on a project for my training.
The project is a school.
When a student purchases their first training their status changes from prospect to client.
I am supposed to make a report that shows the conversion rate from prospect to client before and after the automation.
Can you help me with that?

Your requirement is a bit unclear to me.
"Student purchases first training" -> is this student a Lead or Person Account?
"conversion rate from prospect to client before and after the automation" -> what is referred to as the automation?

Student is a person account.
The automation stands for changing the students status from prospect to client automatically after the purchase of their first training ( it was done manually in the past).
