How can we Disable keyboard functionalities in salesforce lightning

Hi Every one,

I need to disable keyboard functionalites in salesforce lightning how can we do that ? 
Like  key E functionaliy while clicking E it's opening Edit details.. 
 If any one know please  help me .

Hope you are doing great 
Xander Mitman - the product manager for keyboard shortcuts in Lightning. stated that there's no OOB(out of box) functionality to do that 
still if you want to do so follow the mentioned steps

But Salesforce does not have an OOB feature to disable shortcuts.

Hey, you can simply add a class = 'cke_editable' to your targeted div in html where you want to disable salesforce shortcuts.
