How to insert new record on new custom object through trigger?

I have a new Custom Object and I want to insert a new record.

Hi Deepak,

Can you please help the experts to understand more on the requirement. A trigger will only gets called when a record is created or update or deleted or Undeleted. 

You can insert the record using trigger with out any action .
